Job Description: As a Front End Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications. You will work closely with our product and design teams to create user-friendly and responsive interfaces that provide an exceptional user experience. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain web applications using modern frontend frameworks such as React and Next.js. • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in JavaScript and TypeScript. • Implement and style components using CSS frameworks like Tailwind, Radix, and Shad/cn. • Ensure cross-platform compatibility and optimize web applications for both desktop and mobile platforms. • Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow. • Troubleshoot and debug issues to improve performance and user experience. • Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. • Take projects from initial concept through to market introduction, ensuring timely delivery and high quality. Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience building frontend web applications with modern frontend frameworks such as React and Next.js. • Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript. • Experience with CSS frameworks such as Tailwind, Radix, and Shad/cn. • Proven experience in delivering and troubleshooting web applications on both desktop and mobile platforms. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. • Ability to take a project from initial concept through to market introduction. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with mobile development using React Native or similar frameworks • Experience with version control systems like Git. • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. • Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques. • Experience with testing frameworks and tools. Bonus Qualifications: • Experience with Terraform. • Experience with AI tools such as CodeRabbit or Cursor. • *This position requires a face-to-face interview at our offices in Tampa, FL.
