Remote Call Center
Remote Working is a work arrangement under which a staff member performs the duties and responsibilities of his/her position and other authorized activities from an approved alternate worksite other than the clients worksite. Remote working is a work alternate that may be appropriate for some staff members and some jobs. It is not an entitlement; it is not a companywide benefit; and it does not change the terms and conditions of the employment relationship.
