Experienced Airbnb Cleaner

Responsibilities: • Perform cleaning duties for vacation rental properties, including those listed on platforms like Airbnb and VRBO. • Manage laundry tasks, ensuring bed linens, towels, bath mats, and other items are thoroughly dried. • Change linens and make beds in all bedrooms as necessary. • Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other communal areas. • Sweep, vacuum, mop, and polish floors, or clean carpets as needed. • Dust and wipe down surfaces, including tables, desks, and windowsills. • Empty trash cans and replace liners. • Restock essential supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap. • Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols. • Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns and fulfilling special requests. Skills: • Prior experience cleaning Airbnb properties or hotels is preferred. • Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively address client needs. • Knowledge of housekeeping practices for short-term rentals, including checking for missing items, reporting damages, and restocking essentials. • High attention to detail to ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met. • Ability to work independently or as part of a team. • Familiarity with proper laundering techniques for linens and towels.
