Remote Representative (Part-Time)
As a District Representative, you'll engage with clients to meet their needs while also playing a key role in training and developing a high-performing team. You will drive sales and help expand the District, starting in a flexible part-time capacity with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position as you build your team. This is a remote role, primarily conducted through Zoom, offering unmatched flexibility. Raises and promotions are merit-based, with uncapped earning potential. Key Responsibilities: Manage and staff the District while maintaining a focus on growth and development. Train, mentor, and develop team members to achieve both individual and team success. Work directly with the Regional Vice President to gain valuable insights and coaching. Stay adaptable and coachable as the role evolves with the needs of the business. Qualifications: U.S. residents only. Must be 18 years of age or older. Able to successfully pass a background check. Competitive and driven nature is a plus.
