About the Role: • Setting: Consults for IP/ER/ED - 100% Remote • Schedule: 15 shifts per month (Day, evening, and Night shifts available); weekends are included • Patient Population: All ages (5+ in ER settings preferred) • Compensation: $175/hr + sign-on bonus for consult-liaison psychiatrists licensed in TX. Compensation is productivity-based, allowing you to maximize earnings based on patient care volume. • Flexible scheduling options, no-on call, no-overnights needed • NP Supervision Required: All PMHNPs are Iris clinicians that are highly trained and have many years of clinical experience.
