Home Health Nurse Contract Details: • $1,160 – $1,274 per week* • 13-week contract • SHC Home Health Nurses are paid by the hour, not by the visit • LPN will have a designated territory of coverage • Average weekly expectation is 30 units of productivity • Home Health contracts with SHC require previous experience with Medicare Certified Agency • *Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals.
