Solution Consultant Fraud and IDV (Remote)

About the position As a Professional Services Consultant at LexisNexis Risk Solutions, you will provide expert guidance and tailored solutions to clients, focusing on fraud prevention and identity verification. This role involves collaborating with clients to understand their unique needs, offering pre-sales technical expertise, and ensuring successful implementation of solutions. You will also be responsible for maintaining client relationships and staying updated on industry trends. Responsibilities • Conducting needs assessments and developing customized solutions for clients. , • Providing training and support to clients on the use of software and technology solutions. , • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions. , • Managing project timelines and budgets to ensure successful delivery of services. , • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention. , • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service offerings. , • Conducting research into the industry - including competitor research. , • Encouraging clients to buy extras, upgrades etc. , • Performing all other duties as assigned. Requirements • Possess a relevant educational background in a related field, or equivalent experience. , • Be highly organized and detail-oriented. , • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. , • Familiarity with fraud detection and identity verification concepts. , • Be able to collaborate with team while being self-directed to solve problems. , • Have experience in consulting or professional services. , • Be proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
