The Role

As a Customer Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through live chat support on Facebook Messenger and other social media platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers in a warm and welcoming manner, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that every interaction is a positive one, and that our clients' customers feel heard and valued.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide live chat support to customers via Facebook Messenger and other social media platforms

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner
  • Work closely with our team to resolve complex issues and provide solutions to customers
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective customer support strategies
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Contract Length and Rate

* No fixed term contract

  • Competitive hourly rate of $35 per hour

Skills and Background

* Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • 10+ hours availability per week
  • Reliable internet connection

Hours and Location

* 10+ hours per week

  • Remote work online (United States preferred)
