Down Payment Assistance Originator

This position will perform high quality residential mortgage origination by providing lending opportunities to homebuyers with an emphasis on underserved markets. The DPA loan originator manages the full cycle of lending from in-take through approval and closing and is responsible for file documentation, file record management and maintenance, monitoring compliance and accurate reporting. Required Qualifications

Education, credentials, and experience: • NMLS license required; or ability to obtain within first 90 days • At least 3 years of mortgage origination experience
