Director, Corporate Finance, Planning Cycles - Remote
Overview
The Corporate Finance Director, Planning Cycles, will be a key member of the Beigene Corporate Finance team, responsible for leading the consolidation of Beigenes Forecasting, Annual Operational Plan (AOP), and Long-Range Plan (LRP). In Short Lead financial planning efforts including Forecasts, AOP, and LRP. Establish and communicate the annual calendar for planning cycles. Partner with the TM1/System team to manage systems throughout the planning cycles. Present and propose plans to the CFO. Consolidate final presentations with clear storytelling. Oversee the consolidation of Revenue, COGS, OPEX, and cash flow. Manage a small team in the Corporate Finance team. Requirements Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 10+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis. Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry/biotech. Advanced user of TM1, Excel, PowerPoint, and Think Cell. People management experience required. Excellent communication skills.
