About the position The Medicare Licensed Agent position at Better Life Financial Group offers a unique compensation structure with uncapped commission potential and massive residual income opportunities. This role is designed for both new and experienced licensed agents who are eager to help elderly clients navigate Medicare options, including Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and ancillary products. Agents will have the flexibility to work from home and will receive leads at no cost, eliminating the need for cold calling. Responsibilities Assist elderly clients in selecting appropriate Medicare plans including Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans. , Provide guidance on ancillary products such as Cancer, HIP, Heart Attack, and Stroke insurance. , Build and manage a team of agents, earning overrides on their sales. , Work with provided leads, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process without cold calling. Requirements Must be a licensed Medicare agent or willing to obtain a license. , Strong work ethic and drive to succeed in a commission-based environment. Nice-to-haves Experience in insurance sales is a plus but not required. , Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
