Program/Project Manager – Vendor Platform Implementation Location: Remote (Central or Eastern Time Zone Preferred) Duration: 12+ Months (Potential for Permanent Conversion) Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Program/Project Manager to lead the implementation of a high-priority vendor platform for processing B2B ACH payments in the healthcare sector. This role demands a leader who thrives on taking ownership, driving execution, and delivering high-quality outcomes. You will collaborate with a team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and technical specialists to manage software configuration, system integration, and data flow requirements. Required Experience • Demonstrated success in leading complex vendor platform implementations, preferably in payments or technology-driven environments. • Proven ability to independently manage and execute projects from initiation to completion. Skills & Qualifications • Expertise in project management methodologies (scheduling, resource management, risk mitigation). • Familiarity with software configuration, system integrations, and data flow processes. • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project). • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Preferred: PMP certification or equivalent credentials (not mandatory).
