Key Responsibilities • Craft and refine engaging blog posts, informative webinar recaps, and scripts for impactful videos that resonate with our audience. • Create compelling promotional materials that enhance our brand visibility. • Assist in the development of email campaigns, newsletters, and other written communications. • Review and polish content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines. • Design visually appealing presentation decks for webinars, events, and internal meetings, ensuring alignment with key messaging. • Develop one-pagers and additional marketing collateral for various events and campaigns. • Write speaker proposals and prepare materials to support event presenters. • Contribute to website content development and assist with miscellaneous marketing projects as needed. Required Skills • Proven expertise in marketing, communications, or a related discipline. • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication abilities. • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Canva. • Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Constant Contact. • Strong attention to detail with the capacity to simplify complex concepts. • Creative problem-solving skills with a flair for visual design. • Ability to operate independently and manage multiple projects efficiently with minimal supervision. • A collaborative spirit and a passion for contributing to a team environment.
