Job Overview: As a Remote Live Chat Assistant at Dean Cabinetry, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with timely and accurate information regarding our products and services. You will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction by assisting them in real-time through our live chat platform. This is a fully remote position that allows you to work from the comfort of your home while being part of a dynamic and supportive team. Key Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. - Provide detailed information about our products, services, and processes to assist customers in making informed decisions. - Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions in a professional and efficient manner. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and inquiries in our CRM system. - Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, design, and production) to resolve customer issues and provide comprehensive support. - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers. - Assist in developing and refining chat scripts and FAQs to improve the efficiency of customer interactions. - Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance your skills and contribute to team goals.
