Remote Client Support Officer

Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and chat, offering prompt and professional responses to their inquiries and concerns. -

Issue Resolution:

Diagnose client issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide effective solutions or escalate complex issues to appropriate departments while ensuring timely follow-up. -

Documentation:

Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system. -

Feedback Collection:

Gather client feedback regarding their experiences with Dollar General and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction. -

Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments, including IT and logistics, to resolve client issues and improve service delivery. Foster a cooperative environment through effective communication. -

Training Support:

Assist in onboarding new team members by providing training on customer service best practices and organizational policies. -

Continual Learning:

Stay updated on product features, company policies, and industry trends to provide informed support. -

Innovation Contribution:

Engage actively in team discussions and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas for improving processes and customer service experiences. ###

Requirements

• *Professional Qualifications:** - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or client support role. - Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite. • *Personal Attributes:** -
