Customer Engagement:
Provide real-time assistance to customers via live chat on our platform, ensuring a friendly and efficient service experience. -
Issue Resolution:
Analyze customer queries and issues, providing accurate solutions or guidance efficiently, while ensuring the optimal customer journey. -
Feedback Management:
Collect, track, and report customer feedback and trends to upper management to assist in service improvement. -
Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments including support, sales, and technical teams to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction. -
Knowledge Maintenance:
Keep up-to-date with product changes, policies, and procedural updates to provide accurate information to customers. -
Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system to facilitate follow-up and issue tracking. -
Performance Metrics:
Meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics set by the team lead or department head. -
Training Participation:
Engage in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance skills and maintain a high level of expertise on products and services. *Requirements:** -
Experience:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service, support, or chat specialist role in a remote or virtual environment. -
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent is required; further education in a relevant field is a plus. -
Technical Skills:
Proficient in using live chat software, CRM systems, and basic troubleshooting methods. Familiarity with financial services is an asset. -
Personality Traits:
