Detail-Oriented Data Entry Specialist

Key Responsibilities • Accurately input data into our system, ensuring precision and adherence to deadlines. • Conduct first-line audits to identify and resolve duplicate or excessive charges, contributing to cost savings for our clients. • Collaborate with service providers to address and rectify invoice discrepancies. • Work closely with Customer Service Managers to identify and report cost-saving opportunities. • Meet or exceed weekly data entry targets and participate in special projects as needed. • Maintain clear communication with the team and handle other assigned duties. Who We're Looking For • Exceptional keyboarding skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively. • Basic customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for both internal and external stakeholders. • Strong organizational skills with a good understanding of Excel and Word; experience with Salesforce and knowledge of material handling and aerial equipment is a plus. • An associate's degree is preferred but not required. Physical Requirements • Ability to sit or stand for up to 8 hours and perform repetitive motions with hands and fingers. • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds occasionally. Work Environment • Primarily remote, with communication and collaboration occurring electronically. Flexibility to attend occasional in-person meetings in the Toledo area may be required.
