Experience Requirement: Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in medical device sales, with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and a solid track record of success in introducing innovative products to the market. A strong existing network in the relevant healthcare sectors is crucial. Role Specifics: • Lead the sales initiatives for our state-of-the-art gait/movement analysis device, targeting key sectors such as Neurodegenerative Diseases, Orthopedics, and Sports Medicine. • Implement strategic sales plans to connect with and secure key accounts in mid-market to enterprise-level segments, including but not limited to hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and sports organizations. • Engage with diverse stakeholders, providing high-level consultations, and showcasing the significant value and applications of our technology in enhancing patient care and treatment outcomes. Compensation: Highly competitive, with a structure that favors a higher commission to reward high-performing sales achievements.
