This 100% remote position offers the flexibility of working from the comfort of your own home, with multiple shifts available to accommodate your schedule. As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering best-in-class customer service to various lines of business. Your primary focus will be on handling inbound and outbound customer calls, with a significant emphasis on outbound calls to students of blithequark's clients, ensuring timely and professional communication to assist customers with their educational obligations.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Meet outbound and inbound telephone call productivity needs while maintaining high productivity levels.
  • Utilize various communication channels such as telephones, email, chat, and text to interact with customers.
  • Provide timely and professional responses to all written communications.
  • Effectively use the CRM system for technical inquiries, ensuring follow-up for customer resolution.
  • Adhere to policies and procedures regarding escalations, updating records with current demographic and contact information, and accurately notating all interactions.
  • Comprehend training material on a variety of topics and share new concepts and content with the team.
  • Adhere to all federal and state laws governing the industry, as well as client Statement of Work standards and company guidelines and policies.
  • Attain all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly performance goals, contributing to the team's overall success.

Training and Onboarding

Newly hired Customer Service Associates will undergo a comprehensive two-week training program, conducted Monday through Friday between 8 am and 5 pm CST.
