About the Role

We are looking for a Python Team Leader to guide a team of 5–6 developers reputed company the Odin Development / Digital reputed company department. Requirements

Must-have 3+ years of hands-on Python development experience with a solid understanding of how the language works, including its key patterns, ecosystem, and common use cases. This role involves active coding, so practical, day-to-day development experience is essential. Deep expert-level knowledge is not required, but you must be comfortable writing and reviewing Python code regularly. Proven experience leading or mentoring a team of software engineers. Solid understanding of agile / scrum ceremonies and hands-on experience with Jira. Strong communication and facilitation skills, comfortable running standups, planning sessions, and 1-on-1s. Track record of setting and delivering on OKRs or similar goal frameworks.
