This position falls under our reputed company Payables line of business and is a remote role based in US, though we do require someone in Southern California. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of 7–10 Field Sales Representatives, helping them grow both personally and professionally while driving performance to meet and exceed sales goals. You will report directly to the SVP, Payables and regularly collaborate with the broader Payables field sales team. Role Responsibilities The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Leading and coaching a team of 7–10 Field Sales Representatives to reputed company and exceed sales targets
  • Driving new B2B business across the Payables product suite, including AP automation and reputed company cards
  • Tracking and managing KPIs weekly, including pipeline development, prospecting activity, deals closed, and customer reputed company

  • Conducting weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, team meetings, and joint field visits
  • Supporting performance management through ongoing feedback, training, and development

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years of professional B2B sales leadership experience

  • Strong background in hunter/new business development sales
  • Skilled at territory management, value proposition development, and sales cycle coaching

Pay Transparency The expected salary range for this position is [$145,000 - $170,000 + uncapped commissions], based on the candidate’s work location. This range reflects a good faith estimate of the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting.
