Skills and Experience We Value Strong, recent hands-on experience building production software with C# and .NET. Your most impactful work should still be hands-on at this level. Demonstrated ability to design and deliver reliable, maintainable systems where the primary challenge is managing complexity across services, dependencies, consistency, and failure scenarios. Practical experience using AI tools in your engineering workflow, with measurable outcomes such as reduced cycle time or faster time to production, and experience helping teams adopt AI responsibly and effectively. Ability to guide technical design, mentor peers, and reputed company engineering quality through thoughtful code reviews and best practices. Experience with observability and reliability practices, including monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, and production readiness. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
