Area Sales Manager Western U.S. Remote (U.S.) Position Summary The Area Sales Manager (ASM) leads and develops a team of Regional Account Managers to drive territory growth and reputed company regional sales targets. This role focuses on coaching, reputed company, and elevating team performance while identifying and executing strategic opportunities to expand engagement with eye care professionals. The ASM uses data-driven decision-making, strong relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate business growth. Identify and communicate regional trends, opportunities, and challenges, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy. Maintain strong customer relationships and reputed company leadership support on key accounts and inquiries. Foster a culture of accountability across the region and in reputed company interactions. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a reputed company field required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse accounts both virtually and in person.
