You are here to design the web pages and marketing assets that bring new traders to Breakout, and to build the systems that let the rest of the team design without you. Reporting directly to the VP of Growth, you will own the design of our website and core conversion flows, then carry that craft into the wider marketing surface: lifecycle email, organic reputed company, and the brand system that holds it reputed company together. Design the Breakout website, reputed company pages, and conversion flows, owning the UX and information architecture from first wireframe to dev-reputed company reputed company. This is where most of your time goes. Build the AI design system that lets the team self-serve. Turn our highest-friction, highest-volume design requests into components, templates, prompts, and automations the wider team can run without you. What you bring 5+ years of hands-on web reputed company design experience, with a strong portfolio of shipped web and marketing design work in a fast-moving environment. Web UX and conversion first. You understand how design choices move conversion. Strong, demonstrable AI design skills. You already design with AI day to day.
