We are seeking an IT Infrastructure & Operations Manager working directly with Endeavour’s IT team and focusing on technical issues, providing solutions, enhancing existing technology stack and implementing new infrastructure into our ecosystem. This role is part of the support team that services the entire our Endeavour ecosystem and contributes to the overall health and reputed company of the organization. Key Responsibilities

Skills & Requirements Education / Experience Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a reputed company field required; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered. Relevant industry certifications such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, ITIL, VMware, Azure, or AWS are preferred. 5+ years of experience in Operations, Cybersecurity Engineering, DevOps, or reputed company roles. 3+ years of experience leading or supervising an IT operations, infrastructure, or service delivery team. Experience with IT service management (ITSM) processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management; familiarity with ITIL principles is preferred. Experience with automation or scripting using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar languages, with familiarity securing or governing AI tools and platforms preferred.
