Community Resource Liaison
We’re seeking a trusted, well-connected community member who naturally builds relationships and understands the needs of local families. If friends, neighbors, and community members already turn to you for guidance and resources, this role may be a great fit. As a Community Resource Liaison, you’ll identify and engage individuals and families who may benefit from our reputed company Care Network Program, with a focus on addressing food insecurity. You’ll reputed company available resources and connect interested individuals with our care coordination team for eligibility screening and enrollment.
