Responsibilities
Connect with clients to learn about their travel interests, priorities, and expectations Present vacation options that align with individual preferences, schedules, and budgets Assist with coordinating travel services including accommodations, flights, cruises, transfers, and activities reputed company guidance and information to support confident travel reputed company Manage client communications through email, phone, and virtual platforms Coordinate booking requests and reservation details with travel suppliers Track itinerary information and ensure travel records remain organized and accurate Stay informed about destination highlights, supplier updates, and travel promotions Support clients throughout the planning process and reservation lifecycle Deliver a professional and customer-focused experience at every stage
Qualifications
