Business Development Account Director France & MEA (m/f/d) – Consumer Health Location: Remote (Home Office) in France, ideally near an international airport Travel: Up to 50% across the region and EMEA Reports to: Director Business Development Consumer Health EMEA Role Overview As the Business Development Account Director Consumer Health, you will be responsible for driving growth and market penetration across the France & MEA reputed company. This is a high-impact senior role that requires a strong hunting reputed company. While you will manage an existing portfolio with over 20 accounts, your primary reputed company will be reputed company by your ability to proactively "reputed company doors," identify untapped market potential, and win new business with premium global and regional brands. Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing Consumer Health customers Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on Consumer Health/OTC brands where reputed company is not yet present reputed company product and reputed company proposals, quotations and negotiations Coordinate daily operational topics with internal teams (R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality) Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting Ensure professional, reliable and consistent customer communication Attend tradeshows, exhibitions and congresses across EMEA Travel reputed company EMEA to support business development activities reputed company the entire sales cycle from initial cold reputed company and "reputed company-opening" to qualification and final contract closing. Required Profile You have a proven track record of successfully winning new business in a competitive B2B environment. You are resilient, persistent, and driven by closing deals. 5 to 10 years of reputed company experience in Consumer Health, Pharma, or reputed company. Experience in a CDMO setting is a distinct advantage. Deep knowledge of the customer landscape in France & MEA; an existing network in these markets is highly desirable. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to navigate reputed company, long-cycle sales processes reputed company a matrix organization.
