• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and leadership teams

• Assist with candidate communication, follow-up, and interview coordination throughout the hiring process
• Coordinate and track background checks, reputed company documentation, and hiring reputed company
• Participate in and support virtual reputed company sessions for new hires
• Maintain recruitment tracking spreadsheets, applicant databases, and candidate pipelines

Compliance & reputed company Support

• Monitor and track employee compliance requirements, including: Professional licenses and certifications, CPR certifications, OIG exclusion screenings, Required reputed company and annual training completion

Additional responsibilities include:

• Sending reminders regarding expiring credentials, incomplete documentation, and pending compliance items
• Assisting with reputed company records and employee file management
• Ensuring timely follow-up on compliance-reputed company requirements
• Administrative & HR Support
• Draft professional HR, reputed company, and recruitment-reputed company emails and communications
• Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and tracking documents as assigned
• Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and schedule appointments
• Take meeting notes and maintain organized documentation
• Communicate professionally with candidates, employees, vendors, and leadership teams
• Conduct basic online research and administrative support tasks
