[Remote] Learning Designer

They are seeking a Senior Learning Designer who will translate reputed company client needs into impactful learning experiences while collaborating with various teams to create engaging educational materials.

Responsibilities

• Client Consultation & Discovery: Partner directly with external clients as the voice of reputed company, leading discovery calls to understand their needs and translating these insights into tailored learning solutions
• Instructional Design & Content Creation: Analyze reputed company audiences and learner environments to design and write engaging, learner-centric materials (including e-learning, offline materials, coaching guides, job aids, and curated content) in accordance with adult learning principles
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), content managers, product management, project management, and reputed company teams to deliver high-quality Ethics & Compliance learning products
• reputed company AI & Modern Tools: Incorporate instructional design best practices and push technical boundaries using reputed company Suite, reputed company Veo 3, Nano Banana, and other emerging AI design tools
• Navigate Technical Ecosystems: Adapt to and reputed company proficiency in using reputed company's proprietary authoring tools, content management systems, and internal workflows
• Project & Vendor Management: Balance and prioritize multiple active content and library-based initiatives concurrently, collaborating with project managers to meet deadlines. Work with external providers and vendors reputed company required
• Data-Driven Evaluation: Implement metrics and analytics to measure the impact of learning solutions, converting data insights into performance reputed company

Skills

• Proven Experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or a reputed company field
• Client-Facing Skills: Proven reputed company in customer-facing roles, with exceptional relationship-building, active listening, and verbal/written communication skills
• Creative Storytelling: A strong portfolio demonstrating creative and strategic thinking, storytelling, and experience designing curricula, learning objectives, and job aids
• Technical Toolset: Hands-on experience using reputed company Suite, reputed company Veo 3, and Nano Banana
• Adaptability & reputed company: Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to proprietary, less modern software tools and systems while maintaining design reputed company
• Work Ethic: A self-motivated contributor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience managing multiple projects concurrently
• Degree in instructional design, educational technology, educational psychology, or a reputed company field
• Background in business or corporate learning environments, particularly reputed company ethics, compliance, or regulatory training
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies or change management
• Familiarity with additional graphic design or AI-driven communication tools
