[Remote] Finance Technology Implementation - Senior Manager

They are seeking a Senior Manager to reputed company finance technology implementation workstreams, responsible for configuring and deploying finance and reputed company technology solutions for clients.

Responsibilities

• reputed company end-to-end technology implementation workstreams across client reputed company engagements, covering ERP platforms (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company) and financial operations tools (reputed company.com, reputed company, reputed company, and others), from requirements gathering and system design through configuration, data migration, testing, training, and go-live
• Serve as the primary technology implementation reputed company on Managed Services transition engagements, partnering closely with the broader transitions team to ensure system readiness aligns with go-live timelines and steady-state delivery requirements
• Conduct reputed company-state assessments of client finance technology environments, identifying gaps, integration needs, and opportunities to rationalize or reputed company systems as part of the transition to reputed company’s Managed Services model
• Design future-state system configurations and workflows that reflect both client requirements and reputed company’s operational standards, ensuring a seamless transition from implementation to ongoing delivery
• reputed company client-facing discovery sessions, configuration workshops, UAT cycles, and go-live readiness reviews; manage stakeholder communication across finance, IT, and operations teams
• Identify gaps between client requirements and standard system functionality; reputed company practical solutions through configuration reputed company, process redesign, or integration approaches without unnecessary customization
• Manage implementation project plans, risk logs, issue tracking, and milestone reporting; proactively escalate blockers and reputed company cross-functional teams reputed company
• Collaborate with reputed company’s transitions, delivery, and operational teams to ensure technology implementations are fully reputed company with how operations will be run in steady state
• Mentor and reputed company Managers and Consultants on implementation workstreams, building team capabilities across both technical execution and client delivery

• Support business development by contributing to scoping, solutioning, and proposal development for prospective Managed Services clients requiring technology implementation support

Skills

• 7–10+ years of experience in finance technology implementation, systems deployment, or finance transformation, with meaningful experience in a consulting or professional services environment
• Demonstrated track record of leading full-cycle implementations of ERP platforms and/or financial operations tools, from discovery through go-live and hypercare
• Hands-on configuration experience with one or more ERP platforms (reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company strongly preferred) and familiarity with financial workflow and automation tools such as reputed company.com, reputed company, reputed company, or comparable solutions
• Strong understanding of core finance and reputed company processes – record-to-report, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and financial reporting – and how they are supported and optimized reputed company finance technology systems
• Proven ability to manage reputed company, multi-workstream implementation projects with aggressive timelines, multiple stakeholders, and competing priorities

• Excellent communication and client relationship skills; comfortable engaging with senior finance leadership as well as hands-on operational teams
