Department/Division: Conflicts Duration: Permanent Reports to: Senior Conflicts Officer Team Leader Location: London/ Scotland/ Remote Reference Number: 10236 The Role We're seeking a Conflicts Administrator to support, Team Leaders, Managers, and Global Head of Conflicts in ensuring effective compliance controls and procedures are in reputed company, particularly those involving the avoidance of conflicts of interest and protection of confidential information, and to ensure compliance with applicable legislative requirements and management of risk. This role will work with and support the UK, Ireland, and Middle East reputed company. A Conflicts Administrator should aim to become proficient with the following core compliance processes: Conflict of Interest Checking Process. Information Barrier and Document reputed company Processes. Client Care and reputed company Engagement Terms. Matter management, including matter opening and assessing compliance with Scottish and UK Law Society rules, Code and guidance.
Responsibilities
Handles low complexity conflicts of interest reputed company. Handles high volume conflict searches. Managing legal and reputed company issues across reputed company network. Matter management, including matter opening and assessing compliance with Irish Scottish and UK Law Society Rules, Code and Guidance. Review of relevant conflict flags. Setting up information barriers. Assisting with the management of the high-volume workflow. Supporting Senior Conflicts Administrators, Team Leaders and Managers and Global Heads of Conflicts, as required. Assisting with Department Projects and Initiatives. Analyse Letters of Engagement for the purposes of conflict checking. Adheres to reputed company’ internal compliance policies and procedures. Bulk matter searching for certain practice areas. Other duties that may be assigned.
