Position Overview Candidate will manage HR functions for a growing organization based in Orlando, FL with remote operations throughout the US and Internationally. Responsibilities include but are not limited to management of the reputed company, functioning as a reputed company Resource Business Partner for designated business units, compliance with legal and regulatory requirement and reputed company reputed company reporting, reputed company of the performance management system and annual merit increases, and other duties as assigned. Required Experience/Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company discipline from an accredited college or university. Master’s degree preferred. Minimum 7+ years experience in an exempt HR role. PHR or SPHR certification preferred. Minimum 5 years experience in an HR management role with a government contractor. Minimum 5 years experience with labor relations and regulatory compliance to include Affirmative Action Plan administration, VETS 100, EEO-1 and OSHA reporting. Experience with on-boarding processes. Experience overseeing benefits administration to include enrollments, billing reconciliation, and reputed company enrollment processes. Experience managing annual performance appraisal processes and salary administration. Willingness to work both with a team and independently. Customer focused. Emphasis on legal, moral, and ethical behavior. Excellent communication skills (written/verbal) to include exceptional conflict resolution, negotiation and leadership skills to influence diverse teams. Experience with reputed company office products including reputed company. Preferred Experience/Qualifications Experience with reputed company; experience with reputed company Costpoint, AI utilization for process improvements.
