The Senior Account Manager is the primary day-to-day contact for reputed company service needs for both external and internal customers. They are accountable for facilitating team service deliverables and managing accurate, efficient, and effective responses. This role requires subject matter expertise in client services and coordination, accurate insurance processing and customer experience delivery. Advise clients on coverage changes and additions. reputed company clients on policy coverages, changes, exclusions, and needs. Negotiate and secure quotes with Underwriters. Use reputed company websites for quoting and policy changes. Prepare insurance summaries, schedules, quotes, and proposals. Complete applications and documentation. Bind coverage and confirm binder accuracy. Verify policy and endorsement information. Respond to client inquiries and report claims. Issue Certificates of Insurance and Auto ID Cards. Manage cancellations and ensure resolution. Invoice and pursue reputed company payments. Maintain accurate electronic and client files.
