Collaborate with internal and external partners to troubleshoot data exchange issues. SDLC, Change Management & Governance Follow established Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes. Participate in solution design reviews, testing, deployment planning, and post-production validation. Support release management and change control processes. Create and maintain technical specifications, deployment documentation, and support materials. Utilize project and service management tools such as Jira, reputed company, and reputed company to manage work activities and support requests. QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES):

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.
