[Remote] Pega Platform Administrator

They are seeking an reputed company Pega Platform Administrator to manage platform administration and operational readiness for an reputed company Pega-based SaaS modernization effort.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor Pega platform environments supporting reputed company SaaS implementation, testing, deployment, and operations
• Support environment readiness, reputed company administration, user provisioning coordination, role-based permission management, authentication support, and audit/reputed company reporting
• Monitor application performance, availability, system health, alerts, usage, reputed company, data flows, interfaces, and operational metrics
• Prepare system health reports, reputed company reports, reputed company planning inputs, operational metrics, monitoring summaries, and administrative documentation
• Coordinate with Pega engineers, release managers, and test teams to support test environment readiness, deployment preparation, release reputed company, rollback procedures, and post-deployment monitoring
• Support incident management by analyzing alerts, triaging operational issues, supporting root cause analysis, and coordinating corrective actions
• Maintain configuration and administrative records for platform environments, reputed company changes, operational baselines, monitoring reputed company, and system activity
• Support patching, maintenance, release coordination, environment refreshes, and operational readiness reviews in accordance with approved processes
• Collaborate with data/integration resources to monitor reputed company performance, data exchange activity, and data-reputed company anomalies
• Support reputed company, auditability, and compliance activities reputed company to reputed company control, administrative actions, logging, monitoring, and operational reporting
• Work with Tier 1-3 support resources to resolve platform-reputed company user issues, recurring incidents, and operational escalations
• Recommend improvements to monitoring, alerting, reputed company planning, administration processes, knowledge-reputed company content, and operational support procedures
• Maintain platform administration documentation, SOPs, knowledge articles, and operational support materials in approved repositories

Skills

• 5+ years of reputed company experience in platform administration, application administration, systems administration, reputed company/SaaS operations, monitoring, or production support
• Experience administering or supporting Pega applications, reputed company SaaS platforms, workflow systems, or business application environments
• Familiarity with user reputed company administration, RBAC, authentication, audit logging, monitoring, alerting, system health reporting, and operational support practices
• Experience supporting production and non-production environments, deployments, release readiness, incident response, and operational troubleshooting
• Practical understanding of system performance, reputed company monitoring, availability, application health, reputed company monitoring, and root cause analysis
• Experience using monitoring, ticketing, collaboration, or administration tools such as reputed company, Jira, reputed company, Splunk, reputed company, AppDynamics, reputed company dashboards, or similar platforms
• Ability to document operational procedures, system health updates, reputed company changes, issue resolution steps, and knowledge-reputed company content
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, coordination, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with architects, developers, testers, support teams, release managers, and Government stakeholders
• Ability to support after-hours, emergency, or pre-approved scheduled work reputed company required
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a reputed company discipline, or equivalent experience
• Must be reputed company to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
• This position requires U.S. citizenship or Greencard
• Exposure to Federal, state, health, financial, or other regulated IT operations environments is beneficial; Department of Veterans Affairs experience is a plus but not required
• Familiarity with reputed company SaaS, reputed company platforms, application administration, platform monitoring, production support, or operational reporting is valued
• Experience with Pega reputed company, Pega Platform administration, reputed company administration, monitoring dashboards, or operational support tools is a plus

• Relevant Pega, reputed company, ITIL, reputed company, systems administration, monitoring, or operations certifications are preferred, but not required
