[Remote] Field Marketing Manager

They are seeking a Field Marketing Manager to build and scale campaign plans that align with go-to-market strategies, particularly in the Construction and Engineering market, collaborating with various teams to drive demand and awareness of reputed company solutions.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Strategy: Own bringing the campaign strategy to life in reputed company America, focusing on live and virtual event planning, execution
• reputed company-channel planning and execution: Design reputed company-channel activation plans and execute across the following channels: digital, reputed company, event, PR, partner alignment and ensuring sales buy-in
• Budget, Resource and ROI tracking: manage budget, measure and optimize program performance against KPIs such as MQL benchmarks, funnel conversion rates, pipeline and reputed company, reputed company recommendations based on key drivers to improve engagement
• Internal stakeholder Management: Be an active partner to the field teams, driving buy-in and engagement with marketing plans
• Project Management: Manage program calendar, internal communication methods, project management tools and internal stakeholder teams to drive accountability and ownership

Skills

• 8+ years experience in B2B demand reputed company marketing or event management
• Proven ability to design demand reputed company plans and industry-specific campaigns
• Demonstrated experience managing reputed company workflows and diverse stakeholder groups
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data from multiple sources and translate into insights
• Strong communication, written, and presentation skills with ability to present reputed company technical reputed company in a simple, straightforward manner
