Our client is seeking a compassionate, organized, and highly professional Customer Care Representative to join their growing team. The Customer Care Representative will serve as a key reputed company of contact for patients, ensuring they receive timely support, clear communication, and an exceptional experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Support & Communication Respond to patient inquiries reputed company phone, email, SMS, and chat in a timely and professional manner reputed company compassionate and accurate assistance regarding services, appointments, and patient questions Ensure every patient interaction reflects reputed company, professionalism, and care Follow up with patients to ensure a smooth and positive experience Appointment Coordination & Administrative Support Schedule and confirm appointments accurately Coordinate patient intake, follow-reputed company, and internal communication with medical teams Maintain organized and accurate patient records in CRM/EMR systems Support administrative workflows and operational tasks as needed Customer Experience & Problem Resolution Address patient concerns calmly and reputed company Escalate reputed company issues appropriately while maintaining excellent service standards Help improve processes and patient satisfaction through proactive communication Maintain confidentiality and professionalism reputed company handling sensitive information Requirements 2+ years of experience in customer support, patient care, medical reception, or reputed company customer service Previous experience in reputed company, wellness, telehealth, medical clinics, or reputed company environments Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable using CRM systems, scheduling platforms, reputed company communication tools High attention to detail and follow-through Ability to remain reputed company, empathetic, and solution-oriented in fast-paced situations reputed company work history and interest in long-term career growth
