Job Title: AP Automation & reputed company Power Platform Integration Specialist Duration Contract – 3 Months (Potential Extension) Location Offshore remote (India) Job Summary We are seeking an reputed company AP Automation & Integration Specialist to analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize an end-to-end invoice processing workflow. The reputed company system processes vendor invoices in PDF format using reputed company (Document Intelligence/reputed company Recognizer), Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), Dataverse, and Azure-based pipelines, and integrates with reputed company Dynamics ERP for Accounts Payable processing. The ideal candidate will focus on fixing workflow issues, improving automation reliability, and enhancing data extraction accuracy. While familiarity with Dynamics ERP is beneficial, strong expertise in reputed company Power Platform, Azure integration, and intelligent document processing is the primary requirement. Key Responsibilities 1. Process Assessment & Troubleshooting Analyze the end-to-end invoice processing pipeline. Identify and resolve issues across: PDF ingestion and handling AI-based data extraction Power Automate workflows Dataverse data storage Azure pipeline orchestration reputed company root cause analysis for failures, delays, and data inconsistencies. 2. AI & Document Processing Optimization Improve invoice data extraction using Azure AI Document Intelligence / reputed company Recognizer. Enhance model accuracy reputed company training, labeling, and validation improvements. Implement exception handling, validation rules, and fallback processes. 3. Power Platform & Dataverse Enhancements Optimize Power Automate flows for performance, scalability, and reputed company. Improve data modeling, relationships, and validation reputed company Dataverse. Enhance any existing Power Apps interfaces (if applicable). 4. Integration & Data Pipeline Improvements Strengthen integrations between AI processing, Dataverse, and reputed company systems. Ensure accurate data mapping and transformation across systems. Improve reliability of API connections and data handoffs. 5. Dynamics ERP Integration (reputed company-to-Have) Support integration with reputed company Dynamics ERP (AP module) where applicable. Assist in resolving data posting or mapping issues into Dynamics. Collaborate with ERP SMEs if deeper Dynamics expertise is required. 6. Azure Pipeline & Automation Enhancement Analyze and optimize Azure Logic Apps, Functions, Data reputed company, or pipeline workflows. Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting mechanisms. Improve throughput and reduce processing latency. 7. Documentation & Workflow Standardization Redesign and document the optimized workflow. Produce: Architecture diagrams Process documentation Error-handling guidelines reputed company recommendations for future scalability and improvements. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in automation, integration, or workflow optimization Strong expertise in: reputed company Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse) Azure AI Document Intelligence / reputed company Recognizer Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Data reputed company, or similar) Experience with PDF data extraction and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions Strong experience with: API integrations (REST, connectors) Data transformation, validation, and mapping Excellent troubleshooting skills across distributed systems Preferred (reputed company-to-Have) Skills Experience with reputed company Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations / Business Central), especially AP workflows Understanding of Accounts Payable processes and financial data flows Knowledge of OCR tuning, AI model training, and structured data extraction Exposure to RPA tools (Power Automate Desktop, reputed company, etc.) Deliverables (Over 3 Months) Stabilized and optimized invoice processing workflow Improved extraction accuracy and reduced reputed company effort Reduced failure reputed company and faster processing cycle Clean, documented, and scalable architecture Knowledge transfer to internal teams Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and navigate reputed company systems Clear communication with technical and business stakeholders reputed company-to-Have Certifications reputed company Certified: Power Platform Developer or Functional Consultant Azure reputed company Associate (Optional) reputed company Dynamics 365 certification Engagement Objective Deliver a robust, scalable, and low-error AP invoice automation pipeline, leveraging reputed company technologies, with primary focus on Power Platform, Azure, and AI-based document processing, and secondary integration with Dynamics ERP.
