Responsibilities

• Build relationships with your direct reports through 1:1s, understand each person's strengths, goals, and reputed company projects, and set a steady reputed company for team meetings, planning, and retros

Skills

• 3+ years managing a team of professional software engineers, with experience running the full performance cycle: hiring, reputed company, feedback, career growth, and managing out reputed company necessary
