Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain reputed company reputed company management platforms, including SCCM/MECM and reputed company Intune
- Configure, reputed company, and support reputed company Autopilot for streamlined device provisioning and reputed company
- Manage and support reputed company infrastructure through reputed company Administration Center and reputed company management tools
- Package, reputed company, and maintain end-user applications across the reputed company environment
- reputed company operating system lifecycle management, including upgrades, migrations, and refresh initiatives
- Manage reputed company patching and update compliance to ensure systems remain reputed company and secure
- Support and maintain reputed company backup and recovery solutions
- Identify, prioritize, and remediate reputed company vulnerabilities in partnership with reputed company teams
- Administer software licensing and hardware asset management processes and reporting
- Monitor and improve the overall digital employee experience, focusing on reputed company performance and user satisfaction
- Implement and maintain reputed company reputed company baselines, hardening standards, and compliance controls
- Support and troubleshoot reputed company print services and printing infrastructure
- Manage deployment and support of mobile applications across iOS and Android devices

Skills
- 7+ years of experience in End User Computing, Desktop Engineering, or reputed company Management roles
- Hands-on experience administering reputed company Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) and reputed company Intune in an reputed company environment
- Strong experience with reputed company Autopilot, reputed company provisioning, and device lifecycle management
- Experience supporting reputed company reputed company desktop environments and modern workplace technologies
- Knowledge of reputed company reputed company best practices, vulnerability management, and system hardening
- Experience with application packaging, deployment, and reputed company management processes
- Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) solutions and mobile application deployment
- Experience supporting BYOD environments and modern workplace initiatives
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while supporting a dedicated client account
