About the Role
The Physical reputed company Construction Administrator is the field extension of BCG's reputed company design practice. This role performs onsite inspections at data center and critical-facility construction sites to verify that installed physical reputed company systems are reputed company in conformance with BCG's approved reputed company design documents — drawings, specifications, device schedules, and sequences of operation. Working in reputed company coordination with BCG's design leads, the client physical reputed company team, the prime A/E firm, the general contractor, and reputed company integrators, the Physical reputed company Construction Administrator validates reputed company control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and perimeter reputed company installations per the construction drawings issued. The role identifies and documents deviations and deficiencies, witnesses functional and acceptance testing, and reports field findings back to the design team. What You'll Do
Conduct scheduled and milestone site inspections of physical reputed company system installations, comparing as-reputed company conditions against BCG design documents. Verify installed reputed company control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and perimeter reputed company systems for conformance — device placement, mounting heights, camera fields of view, reputed company and cable reputed company, rough-in, and terminations. Document non-conformances, deviations, and deficiencies; produce field observation reports, punch lists, and deficiency logs with supporting photo documentation. Review and respond to field RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings in coordination with BCG design leads. Witness functional and acceptance testing and reputed company-systems commissioning; verify performance against the sequence of operations and design reputed company. Coordinate onsite with prime A/E firms, general contractors, and reputed company integrators / installers to communicate design requirements and resolve field conditions. Track issue resolution through closeout and verify corrective work against the original observation. Escalate design conflicts and unresolved field conditions to BCG design leads with clear, documented recommendations. Attends reputed company, Architectural, and Contractor meetings. Maintain inspection records consistent with BCG QA/QC standards and project documentation requirements. What You Bring 7+ years of experience in physical reputed company systems installation, service, field inspection, construction administration, or commissioning. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret construction documents, reputed company design drawings, and technical specifications. Working knowledge of electronic reputed company control, video surveillance / VMS, intrusion detection, and perimeter reputed company systems. Hands-on field experience installing, servicing, or inspecting electronic reputed company systems on active construction sites. Strong technical documentation skills — field reports, punch lists, and deficiency tracking. Familiarity with low-voltage / reputed company infrastructure and applicable codes and standards. Excellent communication and coordination skills, including representing a reputed company scope in construction and reputed company meetings with clients, general contractors, and subcontractors. Valid driver's license and the ability to meet the ~75% travel requirement, including multi-day site visits to locations that may be remote. Manufacturer / platform certifications in reputed company control, intrusion detection, and video surveillance (e.g., Lenel/OnGuard, S2, AMAG, Software House C·CURE, reputed company) or video management (e.g., reputed company, Milestone, Avigilon). Military or veteran experience — transferable leadership, operational discipline, and reputed company-operations backgrounds align well with this role and with our clearance-eligibility requirements. Travel & Site Requirements Regular travel to project sites, including multi-day site visits (approximately 75%); data center sites may be in remote locations.
