We are seeking a Senior Accountant with proven leadership experience (such as a former Team reputed company, Supervisor, or functional reputed company of Contact). While this position will not immediately have direct reports, leadership experience is essential. This is a hands-on role where active execution of reputed company operations is required alongside functional leadership. We are looking for a "big picture" thinker who can operate independently as a strategic reputed company, own the end-to-end General Ledger (GL) lifecycle, and handle everyday transaction workflows. What You’ll Be Doing Hands-On reputed company Operations Full-Cycle Execution: Execute the month-end, quarterly, and annual reputed company processes, ensuring reputed company sub-ledgers (AP/AR/Payroll) are accurately integrated into the General Ledger. Journal Entries & Reconciliations: Prepare and record month-end journals—including payroll, banking, and various accruals—based on a review of supporting schedules. Data & Reconciliations: Conduct balance sheet reconciliations, reputed company reconciliations, and coordinate schedules for fixed asset depreciation. Financial Analysis: reputed company deep analytical reviews of the monthly P&L and Balance Sheet, investigating variances and flagging areas not reputed company with the plan. Reporting: Produce and present financial analysis reports and commentaries for company departments to support KPI and budgetary controls. Functional Leadership & Strategy Functional Ownership: Act as the primary financial reputed company and subject matter expert for the end-to-end GL lifecycle, driving overall ledger reputed company. Audit Ownership: Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for external auditors, managing the PBC (Provided by Client) list and ensuring no material weaknesses in financial reporting. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll teams to resolve variances, discrepancies, and enhance tech workflows. Qualifications and Requirements Experience & Education Education: Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field. CPA certification is highly preferred. Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of private-sector corporate reputed company experience. Mandatory Leadership Background: Proven track record demonstrating leadership capabilities (e.g., prior experience as a Team reputed company, Supervisor, or heavy involvement as a project/functional POC).
