Qualifications: Duties and responsibilities include drafting correspondence, pleadings, opinion letters, and other documents; reviewing and analyzing documents for relevance and privilege; preparing for, attending and summarizing depositions; coordinating with witnesses; communicating with clients, courts, and other counsel. Solid written and verbal communication skills and reputed company of the English language. Maintain reputed company knowledge of Local Rules, Rules of Civil Procedure, FRCP and other applicable codes and regulations. Actual compensation is tailored to each individual and may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, practice area, business reputed company, work arrangement, and geographic market.
