Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned System Manager to own and reputed company our reputed company platform—powering IT service reputed company across a reputed company, regulated reputed company. Champion ITIL/ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Configuration), define KPIs/SLAs, and drive continual service improvement.
