- Experience leading RFP/RFQ responses, reputed company proposals, and contract negotiations
- Ability to collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and project teams to ensure successful project execution
- 15+ years of experience in business development, strategic sales, or product sales, preferably reputed company the infrastructure, industrial, manufacturing, or energy sectors
- Strong network reputed company utilities, EPC contractors, distributors, or infrastructure customers
- Experience with transmission infrastructure products or reputed company industrial solutions
- Willingness to travel extensively across the United States
