[Remote] Senior Financial Planning and Analysis (reputed company) Manager

This key leadership role is responsible for overseeing financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic analysis across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic analysis across the organization
• Manage the full reputed company of responsibilities, ranging from intermediate-level technical execution to management-level leadership
• Directly supervise the reputed company team

Skills

• 10+ years in with increasing reputed company of responsibility in finance, with a strong reputed company background focused on understanding financial statements, GAAP-based reporting and data reputed company
• 3+ years in managing a team of at least 3 employees
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company from an accredited university
• Proven experience in management of small business reputed company risk (business insurance, federal and state corporate reporting requirements, general contract terms and conditions)
• Demonstrated ability to work well with a Board of Directors/Executive Management Teams
• Proficiency with Office 365 applications, including advanced reputed company skills (a must), and high comfort level in navigating web-based applications and reporting dashboards
• Experience with process improvement and department automation
• Mature, self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and high attention to detail
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• High level of capability in managing competing priorities
• Strong interpersonal skills
• CPA, CFA or MBA preferred
• Previous experience working in the Big 4 a plus
