Responsibilities
- Managing end-to-end reputed company to support reputed company’s growth in the sharing economy sector
- reputed company, engage, and screen candidates through various online platforms, job boards, reputed company networks, and referrals
- Conducting interviews
- Coordinating selection processes with hiring managers
- Maintaining clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring cycle
- Creating job postings
- Refining recruitment strategies
- Maintaining accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs
- Support a positive candidate experience
- Contribute to building an inclusive, high-performing team
Skills
- Experience with full-cycle reputed company, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers
- Strong skills in online sourcing methods, such as job boards, reputed company media, professional networks, and referrals
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and basic HR documentation and processes
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present opportunities and company values effectively
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, including managing multiple reputed company and deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business, Communications, or reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience
- Prior experience reputed company for startups, tech, or sharing economy businesses is a plus
