Responsibilities

• Build and own the full consulting deliverable suite: CBI Profiles, reputed company Value Maps, Stakeholder Analyses, Change Assessments, and reputed company Criteria

• Run gap diagnostics independently—distinguish product, configuration, and change management gaps and drive the right recommendation without escalation

Skills

• 10–12+ years in functional consulting, business transformation, or senior implementation roles with a track record of advisory work at the executive level

• Deep experience working with public agencies—DOTs, Federal programs, or large government capital programs—and genuine understanding of how they operate, decide, and manage change
