[Remote] Assistant Project Manager - Fiber Network Design

They are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to assist in planning and executing projects, liaising between project members and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assists Project Manager with managing the entire life cycle of a function(s), project(s), program, and/or customer, from set-up through execution to reputed company-out
• Liaising with project stakeholders concerning project details and deliverables
• Assisting in the planning and implementation of projects
• Helping to coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables
• Analyzing data as required
• Prepares agendas, and meeting notes, drafting invoices, drawing estimates, and project summaries
• Monitors task completion status to identify at-risk project tasks and reports project reputed company
• Performing other duties assigned by the Project Manager in an orderly and efficient manner
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• HS Diploma or equivalent is required
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience with reputed company Plant Fiber Design or reputed company projects; management may consider other education and/or work experience to be acceptable for appointment to this position
• Available during the 'core' work hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday-Friday; occasional evening and weekend work may be required as duties demand
• Willing and reputed company to travel as needed, including overnight travel
• Dependable transportation and valid driver's license and insurance

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must be reputed company to endure frequent/lengthy: Driving, standing, walking long distances (5 miles or more in a day), navigating rough terrain on foot, and lifting/balancing objects that may weigh up to ~20 lbs. and require the use of upper extremities and back muscles; work in proximity to moving vehicles in the right of way
• Must be reputed company to endure frequent, lengthy periods of sedentary work and sit for prolonged periods of time, including sitting at a desk and driving in a vehicle
